Savannah Philanthropic Partners is a women’s giving circle.

By pooling our annual donations we amplify our collective resources to make meaningful, strategic grants to local nonprofits. Our focused, nonpartisan approach to philanthropy is centered on promoting the health and well-being of women, children, and the underserved in the Greater Savannah area. Through collaboration and rigorous grant-making, we seek to drive positive change in our community.

2025 Grant Recipients

Hospice Savannah $50,000
Goodwill Southeast Georgia $30,000

Hospice Savannah will use its $50,000 grant to launch a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program in partnership with Savannah Technical College and Senior Citizens, Inc. Goodwill Southeast Georgia, will apply its $30,000 grant toward expanding its Mobile Mission Outreach initiative, an innovative model that brings job training, adult education, and wraparound services directly into Savannah neighborhoods.


2024 Grant Recipients

Kicklighter Academy $50,000
Wesley Community Centers of Savannah, Inc. $30,000

Kicklighter Resource Center, a well-established institution dedicated to providing exceptional care and educational support for children with developmental disabilities. Wesley Community Centers of Savannah, a nonprofit organization that has served the community for over 75 years, will use the grant to improve its early childhood education program.


2023 Grant Recipient

Safe Shelter $50,000

Savannah Philanthropic Partners (SPP) has awarded its 2023 grant of $50,000 to SAFE Shelter Center for Domestic Violence Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This year’s focus area was Violence Against Women and Girls and SAFE Shelter was chosen by SPP members to receive the grant.


2022 Grant Recipient

Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council $50,000

In 2022, SPP chose to target teen/young adult depression and suicide. The decision to award the $50,000 grant to Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council (CCSNPC) came after their very compelling final presentation about their work with teens and young adults grappling with depression, often leading to suicide.


2021 Grant Recipient

Loop It Up Savannah $30,000

Loop It Up Savannah is a youth arts and educational enrichment organization that brings arts-integrated learning to more than 10,000 young people across the Savannah area each year.
