Savannah Philanthropic Partners (SPP) has awarded its 2023 grant of $50,000 to SAFE Shelter Center for Domestic Violence Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This year’s focus area was Violence Against Women and Girls and SAFE Shelter was chosen by SPP members to receive the grant.

Early each year SPP Partners collectively determine which of SPP the focus areas that will guide the year’s research efforts. These focus areas have to do with the mental health and well-being of women, children and underserved people in the Greater Savannah area.
